kyou wa kumotteiru ue ni kaze ga tsuyoi node, totemo samuku kanjirareru.
Today in addition to being cloudy, the wind is strong and so it feels very cold.

このみせのりょうりはおいしい。そのうえ、ねだんもやすいのでいつもおきゃくさんがおおい。
kono mise no ryouri wa oishii. sono ue, nedan mo yasui no de itsumo okyakusan ga ooi.
This restaurant's food is delicious. In addition, the prices are cheap so there are always a lot of customers.

ano tatemono no toire wa kitanai ue ni, itsumo toiretto peepaa ga nai no de, amari ikitakunai.
That building not only has a dirty bathroom, but there is never any toilet paper so I don't really want to go there.
