Learn Japanese grammar: 振る【】(buru / butte / butta). Meaning: assuming the air of; behaving like; to pretend / act like ~.

This is used to show that someone intentionally does an action or shows a certain behavior. It is often used to express something negatively.

It is most often used with て form or た form: 「ぶっている」、「ぶった」「ぶっちゃって」.
