kono kyoukasho no setsumei wa wakari yasukute, shikamo kuwashii.
This textbook’s explanations are easy to understand and what’s more, they’re very detailed.

きょうはとてもあつい。しかも、しつどもたかいのでなにもしたくないだ。
kyou wa totemo atsui. shikamo, shitsudo mo takai node nani mo shitakunai da.
It's very hot today, and furthermore it's very humid so I don't feel like doing anything.

かれはしごとがとてもはやい。しかも、せいかくでていねいだからあんしんしてまかせられる。
kare wa shigoto ga totemo hayai. shikamo, seikaku de teinei dakara anshin shite makaserareru.
He is very fast with his work, and furthermore he is very accurate and careful so you can rest assured and depend on him.

kanojo wa bijin de atama ga ii. shikamo seikaku mo ii desu kara minasan wa kanojo no koto ga suki ni naru.
She is beautiful and smart. Furthermore, she has a good personality and so everyone falls in love with her.

gaishoku wa takakute. shikamo, eiyōou ga katayoru no de, narubeku jisui shiyou to omotte iru.
Eating out is expensive and bad for our health, so I think we should do our own cooking as much as possible.

Kanji do not only have one reading and to top things off there are many similar characters so it can be hard memorizing them.

senjitsu tomatta hoteru wa, furukute takakatta. shikamo saabisu ga warukatta node, mou nido to ikanai.
The hotel I stayed at the other day was old and expensive. To make things worse, the service was bad so I will never go there again.
