Nounに限ったことではない
に限ったことでもない

Learn Japanese grammar: (ni kagitta koto de wa nai). Meaning: not limited to only~

Can be used to say that something is not limited to only [A].

Used to say that there is more to the picture. Not only [A], but also [B].

wakamono no manaa ga warui no wa, kono kuni ni kagittakoto de wa nai.
It is not only this country where young people have bad manners.

最近だけではなく
kanji ga kakenaku natta no wa, saikin ni kagitta koto dewa naku, sumaatofon wo tsukau you ni natte kara zutto da.
It's not only recently that I became unable to write kanji, I've been like this way back since I started using a smartphone.

今年だけのことではなく
kongakki ni infuruenza ga hayatta no wa, kotoshi ni kagitta koto de wa naku, kyounen mo douyou datta.
The flu that spread around this semester was not only big this year, but also last year as well.
