この映画は涙なしに観ることができない。
観たら、涙がでる
kono eiga wa namida nashi ni miru koto ga dekinai.
It is not possible to watch this movie without crying.
Example #2
先生の許可なしに、それは使えないよ。
許可がなかったら
sensei no kyoka nashi ni, sore wa tsukaenai yo.
You cannot use that without your teacher's permission.

皆さんの協力なしには、できません。
協力がなかったら
minna-san no kyouryoku nashi ni wa, dekimasen.
We can't do it without everyone's cooperation.
Example #4
あなたなしでは生きていけない。
あなたがいなかったら
anata nashi de wa ikite ikenai.
I cannot go on living without you..
