努力しなかったら
doryoku nakushite wa seikou wa arienai.
Success is not possible without effort.

健康な体なくしてどんなにお金があっても幸せとは言えない。
健康な体がなかったら
kenkouna karada nakushite donnani okane ga attemo shiawase to wa ienai
It doesn't matter how much money one has, they cannot be happy without a healthy body.

二国間の相互理解なくしては両国の友好関係を保つことはできません。
相互理解がなかったら
nikokukan no sougorikai nakushite ryoukoku no yuukoukankei wo tamotsu koto wa dekinai.
Without mutual understanding of each other, it is not possible for different countries to have a good friendship with each other.
