えきがちかいだけにやちんもたかい。
eki ga chikai dake ni yachin mo takai.
The station is nearby, which is also why the rent is so high.

このホテルは5つぼしホテルなだけに、サービスがじゅうじつしている。
kono hoteru wa itsutsu boshi hoteru na dake ni, saabisu ga juujitsu shite iru.
As one would expect of a 5-star hotel, the service is perfect.
